The bathroom was filthy, with a lot of itching and what felt like a serious problem with my backside. They claim to charge 1,800 rupees but actually take 1,600, and honestly even 400 a night would be too much. There was no cleanliness anywhere, the TV didn't work, and even the fan barely worked. The last time I stayed, they didn't give me a towel either. 😡😡😡
Krishna Patel was especially kind and provided really sweet service. The food was amazing, and the staff were lovely. It was a good experience overall.
The washrooms smelled awful, and someone had vomited on the floor and sink without the hotel bothering to clean it. There is no parking on the premises, and they use the footpath instead. The food was terrible too. After eating, I developed severe throat pain, and the oil may have been poor quality.
There’s plenty of seating space, and the place is good overall. About half the premises are occupied by Kwality Hotels.
NILESH KHAIRE went the extra mile to help us, thanks to him. The ambience was amazing, and as always, the food tasted great. The staff were well trained, polite, and supportive, and the place is fantastic for the affordable rates.
