ibis Pune Hinjewadi Hotel

The staff were polite, attentive, and helpful whenever we needed something, and everything was managed smoothly. I had a relaxing, enjoyable stay in a clean, comfortable, well-kept room. The ambience was nice too. I'd recommend this place and would consider returning.

I spent 15 days at Ibis Hotel and was very grateful for the hospitality. The room cleaning was excellent, and the person who handled it was respectful and polite. Mitali was warm and professional while serving the food, and made dining pleasant. Kshitij was also very kind, polite, and ready to help. I appreciated both of them and their attentive service.

sandhiya & Atharva were so helpful, thank you both! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and all the amenities were up to the mark. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly, smiling, and always ready to assist. I had a wonderful time at ibis, and would recommend it to anyone wanting a pleasant, easy stay.

The food ordered outside the buffet could use more care with its taste and finesse. Even so, I liked the cozy, warm atmosphere and good vibes at Ibis, Hinjewadi. I stayed with my 70-year-old mom and found much of the experience comfortable. The staff were very caring. Shreyas and Sandhya at the front desk were especially attentive, as was another front desk woman whose name I didn't catch. She took particular care when my mother's IRD order wasn't fulfilled because of an unintended mistake while I was away.
