Hotel Lxia

The staff were courteous and attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The rooms were spotless and well maintained, and the cleanliness standards impressed me. The food was delicious, with good quality and variety. I had a great stay at Hotel LXIA and would definitely recommend it.

Getting around was easy, with transport and nearby markets close by. Breakfast was especially tasty, and the rest of the food was delicious too. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very polite and helpful. I had a wonderful stay.

Getting a restaurant receipt was a problem. They wouldn't give printed bills because their software was down, and said they'd send it on WhatsApp. Ten days later, I still haven't heard back. The restaurant service was just as frustrating as the rest of the stay. The bed was uncomfortable, the TV didn't work, and the remotes were broken. The bathrooms weren't cleaned or maintained properly, and even a basic dental kit was missing. Staff were poorly trained and had trouble communicating. Their cleaning and maintenance policies were confusing and unfriendly to customers. This hotel needs major improvements to its service and facilities. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The restaurant looked decent, but the food was only average. The area was noisy, and there was no soundproofing. Housekeeping never cleaned my room, while room service took more than an hour and a half. The rooms were poorly maintained and nothing like the online photos. My washroom had stains, cockroaches, and a broken shower. It looked good online, but the stay was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend it.
