They charge 2k for rooms that felt dull and disturbing, and the staff had a poor attitude. There were cockroaches, lizards, and mosquitoes everywhere. When we asked to move to a clean room, the replacement seemed even more dangerous, and staff were casual about the problem. It felt like the place mainly caters to couples renting rooms by the hour. Very bad, and not suitable for families.

We just got through the night and left early in the morning. The room was that awful. It smelled strongly of cigarettes, was filthy, and had cockroaches crawling around. The curtains were torn and dirty, the tap was broken, and the key card didn’t work. When we complained, the receptionist said, “mere hotel me sirf cockroach ka problem hai baki sa sab saaf hai.” Someone came to spray the room with an empty spray bottle, and we were coughing for the next half hour. The receptionist just stood there like a statue. I’m shocked by the four star rating. This place isn’t worth half a star.

The service and management were poor. The bedsheets and room weren’t clean, the AC didn’t work, and staff weren’t available for emergencies. I booked a suite for 2 days but was given a normal room. The manager argued that they don’t have suites and told me to ask the app.

There were cockroaches and lizards in the room, the door latch was broken, and there wasn’t a mirror in the living room. The mattress was poor quality too. The rooms are very low quality and not even worth 500 rs. I’m completely unsatisfied, it was a very bad experience.
