When I arrived, the power was off, and I needed to charge my phone for important calls. The person in charge acted like it had nothing to do with him. I hadn’t been told there was no power when I booked online. The listing said it was 5 kms from my location, but Maps showed it outside the city, and there were no OLA or RAPIDO cabs available. I lost almost two hours that day. A really bad day and experience.

I booked a room for my father, but it was in a terrible state. The bedsheet had stains, the room wasn’t clean, and I can’t even describe the washroom. It doesn’t feel safe to stay there. Please make your decision carefully.

The staff were awful, and the location wasn’t good either. This was a bad experience overall, and I’ll never book a room through Oyo again. Please don’t choose this place, that’s my honest experience.

The place was dirty, and the rooms, bedsheets, pillows, and other things were unhygienic. It definitely wasn’t worth the money I spent.

Terrible service. They list rooms on Oyo and take advance payment, then refuse to let you check in.
