OYO Home 78057 Dazzling Studios Near Airport

We'd traveled almost 2000 kms from home and arrived in the evening, only to be refused check-in for the stay we'd already paid for. We had nowhere convenient to go, since transport would cost more, so we felt forced to stay. It was a horrible experience. I booked through OYO, but the hotel staff said we could stay only if we paid another Rs 300/- per day. When we questioned why we'd have to pay extra after paying already, they rudely told us to pay or go elsewhere. The owner said the same when I called. I tried reaching OYO customer care, but the mobile number in the app no longer exists. These hotels seem to use low online prices to draw people in, then demand more at check-in. They seem to work hand in glove with platforms like OYO. I consider this hotel a scam and a fraud, and wouldn't recommend it.

We'd paid in advance for two days, but when we arrived at 1:30 at night, the owner said they'd stopped taking reservations and had closed the room-rental business. OYO and other booking sites were still listing rooms. I had nowhere to go that night. Please don't book here.

We booked through Goibibo for 370 Rs, but when we got to the hotel to check in, they demanded another 500 Rs. After asking other customers about it, we learned they apparently show very cheap online prices and then ask for more at check-in. It was an awful experience and a lot of harassment for my family, even though Goibibo gave us a full refund. Maharashtra govt must take strict action against hotels like this.

I booked two rooms for three hours to wash up, paid 2000, and left within 01 hour. The place smelled dirty and wasn't hygienic at all. It's basically just “Chaddar Palti.” The boys sitting at reception, who were bungali, spoke very rudely. Please avoid this awful place.
