The bed was noisy and uncomfortable, which made it hard to sleep. There were no water bottles in the room, and they don’t allow outside food, which was frustrating given how slow and limited their own service was. The room was dirty, with cockroaches in several places, and the bathroom lacked basics like soap, toothpaste, and even a toothbrush. The phone in the room didn’t work, so reaching reception was impossible. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Cockroaches were crawling on the bathroom walls, and I found several in the room. I spent the night tense and unable to relax. The staff made things worse from check-in onward: they were rude and dismissive, and seemed annoyed whenever I asked for help or an explanation. The room's hygiene and pest control were seriously poor, and the service showed little concern for guests' comfort. For the price, this place isn't worth it. I strongly advise staying somewhere else.

After finding cockroaches in the room, I called customer care straight away. They offered no help or solution. Between the poor cleanliness and the even worse service, I won't stay with OYO again.

There was no drinking water or glass in the room. When I asked, they said a bottle cost Rs 25/- and that I should call the restaurant for a glass. The intercom didn't work either, so I had to keep calling the hotel's mobile number whenever I needed something. I also asked for a dental KIT, which they said they don't provide. When I asked for toothpaste instead, they told me to buy it outside.

The manager was especially disrespectful toward foreigners and treated them in a discriminatory way. He was very rude. This was the worst hotel I've ever seen.
