I paid in advance after selecting tomorrow as my check-in date and one day later as checkout on the website. Then they sent me a bill showing check-in today and checkout tomorrow. They said they wouldn't refund me unless I cancelled more than 24 hours before check-in, so I lost my money. Don't pay online.

I was very disappointed by the owner's behavior. Sharad refused to return the money he'd promised, giving vague excuses. I don't think he has integrity or handles money well.

Disappointing service, with money and refund issues. The owner wasn't cooperative at all. 👎

They took care of even the smallest needs, and the hygiene and upkeep were exceptional. Excellent value for money.

The rooms were very good, breakfast was good, and maintenance was very nice. One of the good room options in Pune city.
