My room was given to someone else even though I had booked four days ahead and called reception at 11:30am that day to confirm availability. I said I'd arrive at 2pm because I had work, and was told everything was fine. Then around 1:30pm I got a notice saying my stay had been moved to another hotel. Terrible service. Don't book here. OYO offered a replacement, but when I called that hotel, they said they had no room available and refused check-in. I had to call customer care again, and only then was I told to come after 6pm. If I'm paying the full amount and still expected to leave at the scheduled checkout time, why should I have to wait until 6? Booking ID: GYSC3866

It's within walking distance of deccan metro station, and the room was okay. But the AC didn't cool properly, there was no lift, and my room was on the 4th floor. It was a makeshift room in an old building. Not recommended.

A relaxing place with clean rooms and a nice atmosphere. Check-in was smooth, and visitors were allowed without much questioning. The mattress was a bit old and sagged quite a lot. You have to pay extra for water, and soap was the only toiletry provided. It's easy to reach food and transport from this city-centre location. A good, comfortable stay.

The owner was very rude, especially after I'd paid in full. They called at 10 am and told me to leave an hour before checkout, and insisted on it rudely. The bedsheets were dirty, but they refused to change them. The room was unclean, with mosquitoes and a bad smell throughout.

Don't book Super OYO Flagship river view hotel, and don't use OYO for hotel bookings. The staff behave terribly, and the place isn't worth the prices they seem to charge as if it were a five-star hotel. I've attached a picture of the back of the hotel. The front and the location aren't good either.
