I asked twice to have the room cleaned, but nobody did it. The pillow covers, bedsheets and doormat were dirty, the room wasn’t hygienic, and the landline didn’t work. I spent one whole night there, and it was the worst experience. I hope they take this feedback seriously.

The room was filthy, smelled awful, and had obviously unwashed bedsheets. The exhaust fan didn’t work either. I regretted booking as soon as I walked in, even though I’d booked through another app. At checkout, the manager grabbed my phone and gave the hotel 5 stars without asking me. The staff, manager included, were shockingly unprofessional. This place is nowhere near what it advertises and feels like a complete scam. Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Avoid it at all costs.

The rooms and pillows were very dirty, the toilets were unhygienic, and there was no water provided. There was no shower kit either. Check-in was painfully slow, no one was available for checkout, and there was no proper staff or sense of safety. The rates suggest good rooms, but the stay was unsatisfactory.

Rinku deserves a special mention for being so helpful and professional. We had a great time at House of Bottle, with delicious food, a lovely ambiance, and excellent service.

The rooms are spacious and nice, but they weren’t clean. The heater is too small for a family.
