The rooms are very old and badly need renovation. Compared with other well-known hotels nearby, this place feels 20-30 years behind. At breakfast, the restaurant staff just stand behind the counter and don’t bring water or tea to the table. You have to get it yourself. The front desk staff were completely uncooperative. For even the smallest request, they check the rule book, with no humanity at all. I’ve never had a worse experience at Kohinoor Executive, Pune. I won’t come back, and I suggest checking all the reviews before booking.

We only stayed one day, and the service was excellent. Sandeep and prajakta were soft spoken and eager to help. They quickly arranged bournvita milk for my kids since they had an exam at 8 am.

My parents were staying at Kohinoor Executive, Pune, and my wife and I visited their room for just 4 hours. The hotel charged us ₹500 each as “visitor charges.” The amount isn’t the issue. The management wouldn’t show or share the terms and conditions beforehand, and we only heard about the fees after asking. Hidden or arbitrary charges leave a bad impression. Visitors’ policies should be clearly disclosed at booking or check-in. I hope the management improves its transparency and customer service.

We had tasty food at night, and it was a peaceful place to stay. The location in pune is prime, with clean, spacious rooms and staff who were professional and humble. We’ll visit again.

I’ve stayed here on business trips for 10 years because of the location and service, but the staff change has changed everything. The inhouse food is bad, and when we ordered food from outside, their VP Mr Rohit spoke rudely and used crude language. They don’t seem to care about losing customers. I’ve never dealt with such an ill-mannered manager in hospitality. This was definitely my last visit.
