My family and I were traveling at night, and after booking through OYO by phone, we arrived at 10. The manager refused to give us a room, saying none were available. We spent 20 minutes dealing with customer care. Then he asked for hard copies of all our documents, even though we had the originals, and said his printer wasn't working when I asked if he could print them. He eventually said a room might be available if I paid extra. Since it was so late, I agreed. When he started the printer, I asked how it was working now. He then said he wouldn't give us a room and told us to leave. It was a terrible first experience using OYO, and the staff were very rude. I'd suggest going to the nearby hotel viraj instead.

The staff were very RUDE, and the place was unclean and expensive. This was a really ridiculous experience, and I strongly don't recommend it. Please avoid this kind of place.

The service wasn't up to the mark. The bathrooms and toilets weren't clean, and there are no water heaters in the rooms. If you ask, they provide an electric heater coil.
