They arranged the birthday setup beautifully, which was thoughtful and much appreciated. The food arrived fresh and tasted very good, though orders took a bit longer than expected. With the crowd there, the delay was understandable. The resort is a little far from the lake. You can see parts of it from the room, and the view is pleasant but not exceptional. There’s plenty of parking, while boating is run by third-party operators and the lake is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. It felt slightly expensive for what’s offered. I’d recommend it for a short, typical one-night stay. We were only there briefly, so didn’t get to try the games or pool.

The food was a highlight every day, fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The resort has an easygoing, comfortable feel, and the staff made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Special mention to Abhijith, Darren and team for making sure we had a great experience. The location is hard to beat. It feels like a hidden gem, with views that look like postcards. A special place if you want to properly unwind.

The food was poor and nowhere near worth what we paid. We were a group of 52 and were charged ₹3,000 per person for one night, plus ₹26 for a water bottle that actually costs ₹20. I don’t see how the facilities justify that rate. The pool is only about 4.5 feet deep, which isn’t great for adults, and it seemed they didn’t change the water regularly, just add chlorine. One of the worst places we’ve visited. Don’t believe the pictures. I’d strongly advise avoiding it unless you want your day ruined.

The staff were polite and cooperative, especially Mr. Abhijeet and Mr. Vincent, who were friendly and helpful throughout. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, the food was excellent, and the location was good. There’s even a mango tree on the property, with free fresh mangoes for guests each day. Still, my stay was only average because of several problems. Power outages were frequent and there didn’t seem to be enough backup, so the AC stopped whenever the electricity went out. Hot water also wasn’t ready when we needed it. Staff asked us to wait while they arranged it, and on several occasions it took about an hour to come through. The pool looked dirty and poorly maintained, and there was a frog in it. The play area needs attention too: the 8-ball pool equipment was in poor shape and the cue stick was damaged. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room every day, and water bottles, soap, and shampoo weren’t replenished unless we asked. The place has potential, but power backup, housekeeping, the pool, and recreation facilities need improvement.
