Treebo Niraali Executive, Hinjewadi

The standout was Room 315, it felt like a presidential suite and was the biggest hotel room I’ve stayed in. It was clean, nicely furnished, and well kept, though the mattress was hard and uncomfortable. A spring mattress would have been more like what I expect at a three-star hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, but it was frustrating that they tried to push me toward a cheaper deluxe room by claiming the superior room wasn’t available, even though I’d paid extra for the 220sqft room. There wasn’t a remote for the split AC in 315. Breakfast and the menu were vegetarian. The food was decent, though a little spicy. Still, it was a pleasant stay.

We were glad to find a good place near Hinjewadi when we came to Pune for work. The rooms are roomy, with simple, elegant decor, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was included, and although they explained the selection was limited because of the cooking gas issue, they served us happily. That day we had watermelon and juice with no ice or sugar, tasty poha, Pav Bhaji, and sprouts salad. Thanks, team Nirali Executive!

We had booked two rooms for two days, and the stay was awful. The rooms smelled so bad at check-in that we had to ask for air freshener. In the morning we found a cockroach on the bed, which was horrifying. There wasn’t a single tissue in the room, and the bathroom kept smelling terrible for nearly the whole stay. My child was reluctant to use it. When we returned on the second day, the rooms had been cleaned, but there were no towels or napkins. After I called reception, someone arrived 15 minutes later with one of each, and both were completely wet. It felt like I’d been handed someone else’s used towel. We got only one mineral water bottle for the two days, and when we opened the fridge cabinet to store milk, there was no fridge inside. There wasn’t even a spoon or stirrer for making tea or coffee in bed. We were charged an extra 200/- after accidentally misplacing one room key. Dining was only available at set hours, so when my child wanted french fries around 5.00pm, we were told the kitchen opened after 7.00 pm. I wish there were a way to get a refund. This was a horrible waste of money.

I saw staff at Hotel Treebo in Hinjewadi Phase 1 regularly burning trash in the backyard. It creates air pollution for nearby residents and businesses and is harmful to the environment. This kind of disposal shows little civic responsibility or regard for public health and environmental rules. It also makes me question the property's standards, including its guest service. I’ve attached a short video and a photo. Management should use proper waste disposal methods and act responsibly in the community.
