Treebo Regency - Bund Garden, Dhole Patil Road

The room was large and comfortable, but the basics let it down. I asked for two towels and only got one. The kettle was rusty and dirty inside, with a broken lid; the replacement was even dirtier, so I had to clean it myself. I arrived a little late and had a hard time reaching reception by phone. For room service I ordered Chicken Biryani, Manchow Soup, and Chicken Crispy. The soup wasn’t good, and the chicken in both the crispy and biryani smelled foul, as if it wasn’t fresh. The biryani was very dry and tasted like old leftover rice. Food quality and basic hygiene need work.

Getting around by car was a hassle. Parking space was very limited, there was no proper management, and staff gave no guidance, so it wasted time and caused inconvenience. Inside, the room wasn’t properly cleaned, the sheets didn’t look fresh, and hygiene overall was poor. Staff service was slow and disorganized, with requests ignored or handled late and little coordination. Their behavior was rude and unprofessional too. They argued among themselves and with guests, making the place uncomfortable.

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had lovely interiors, plus a big window with a great outside view. Breakfast had plenty of tasty choices, and the hotel is close to the station with different transport options nearby. My one complaint is that there’s no exhaust fan in the washroom. I’d still recommend it to visitors.

The room wasn’t clean, with insects around the table and bed. The corridor floor was unhygienic too, and the blades and floor mats looked as if they’d never been washed or cleaned. Electricity in the rooms was out for several hours, and when I complained, reception said it wasn’t their problem. The access cards also had issues. The staff were not sensible or helpful, and I’d give this place zero if I could. Treebo should inspect the property. As a known hospitality provider, this was one of my worst experiences, and I won’t choose Treebo again. For a peaceful stay in Pune, I wouldn’t recommend booking here. Don’t be taken in by the photos or the Treebo brand.
