The room was large, but it wasn’t very clean and had a smell. It seemed like guests were allowed to smoke in the rooms. At least it was quiet, which can be hard to find in India, and breakfast was sufficient. What made me uncomfortable was their policy of taking a guest photo. I asked several times how it would be used and was told it was for the C form and was VERY important. I’ve been in India for 3 months and stayed at several hotels without being asked for a photo. After speaking by phone with the general manager, I agreed as long as I could watch them upload it to the form and then delete the photo. He passed that agreement on to the desk staff. They took the photo, but when I asked to see the upload and deletion, she said it wasn’t possible. They already had copies of my passport and visa, and said the extra photo was just their policy. I didn’t feel comfortable with them keeping it in their system.

At 600 per night, this place feels worth the money if you’re on a budget. You get an AC room, though it could have been cleaned better, and at that price I could manage it. The staff were helpful and quick to respond. Ganesh Mandir Chowk is nearby with food joints and other amenities, and Phoenix Marketplace mall is within walking distance.

We’ve stayed here twice and had a great experience each time. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and breakfast was good. The staff are very nice and always willing to help. There’s another fab Hotel nearby, FabExpress Lunkad Heritage. Spend a bit more and come to this one instead.

It’s a small, cost effective hotel with limited facilities and a more self service style. The staff were courteous, and the location is handy for major spots and amenities in Viman Nagar. There can be issues like a jammed door or leaking taps, though that’s to be expected at a low budget hotel.

Rooms were clean and the staff were very courteous. It’s reasonably priced and a decent place to stay. The property is in the heart of Viman Nagar, about a 10 minutes drive from Pune Airport and close to Phoenix Market City, just a stone throw away.
