I checked out within half an hour of arriving. The smell in the room was worse than what I've come across in lodges in small towns. The carpets were supposedly cleaned recently, according to reception, but shaking a towel sent dust into the room. There was no kitchen or restaurant, and even basic consumables weren't provided unless you asked. I do appreciate how quickly the Treebo central reservation team handled my cancellation and refund of the advance. But don't book this place before seeing it yourself.

The hotel was filthy, and even basic things were missing from the room: soap, towels, toilet paper, cups and glasses. I had to ask for everything. Staff were extremely unprofessional about ID and insisted they only needed Aadhaar, though the website and Agoda said other documents, including a license, were accepted. At 11:01, right after checkout time, they were already calling to ask why I hadn't checked out. Seriously? I wouldn't recommend it.

Breakfast and dinner are available, and the breakfast tasted good. It's a very good, cheaper hotel near the Bangalore Mumbai highway.
