Collection O 5016 Hotel Sukanya

We had a very bad experience with OYO this time. At check-in, I had to pay the full booking amount, and now they won't refund it, so I'm stuck. The hotel staff weren't welcoming, and many services I've had at other OYO rooms weren't available here. When we complained, they argued with us rudely. I had also added complimentary breakfast, but they said they couldn't provide it because their staff couldn't come in the morning. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The Dusto-Kanya hotel is managed by goons, in my experience. Please read this before visiting, or you could get scammed. They seemed like money-minded cheaters. They pressured us to eat only their food and buy all tour packages through them. If you refuse, they frighten you with goons.

The rates are cheap, so it may suit an average family, but the hotel has a lot of shortcomings. There isn't a lift, drinking water isn't cold, and the water supply isn't available around the clock. The ACs weren't working either. It's okay for the price, but not much beyond that.

The room was filthy and smelled awful. The light inside was dim, there was dust and dirt on the floor, and the bedsheet and blanket were black and had a dirty smell. Water wasn't coming from the tap, and the basin was blocked. The woman at the counter was very rude, and they charged around 3400rs for 18 hours. I'll never stay there again. If you do go, check everything before you enter the room. I'd advise people to avoid it.
