De Sea Apartments

Clean, comfortable rooms, a nice atmosphere, and good staff. A fine place to stay.

The AC suites were in awful shape when I visited in June 2025. Rooms 5D, 5E, 6A, and 6D all had serious problems. The bedsheets were dirty, and some were torn. Bathroom door panels were coming loose, the locks didn’t work, and most of those doors got stuck from the inside. The bathtubs were broken, and there was a water shortage for two days. The balcony door locks were faulty too. One room had no inverter, and some lights weren’t working properly.

We stayed in rooms 5D, 5E, 6A, and 6D in Block 6 from 2nd June to 6th June, and the room facilities were very disappointing. Every room had a cracked bathtub, and the sheets were dirty and torn. The bathroom and balcony door locks were broken. The refrigerators and geysers in 5E, 5D, and 6D weren’t working. Water supply was disrupted, and there wasn’t even a doormat at the entrance. The rooms were in poor condition overall.

The apartment had a spacious room with an extra living area and plenty of parking, but no restaurant in this block. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away. It’s a complex with several hotels and at least 7 to 8 floors, yet the lift wasn’t working. There weren’t many guests even on the weekend. You have to prepay 40 percent when booking, then pay the rest on arrival, which is an odd condition that’s easy to miss while booking. I had to ask staff to get the TV working. Booking through the property’s own site may cost less than using other booking sites.
