There was no privacy in the rooms on the second and third floors because cameras were inside them. The kitchen was extremely dirty, and I think it only gets cleaned once a month. Even though we paid extra for drinking water, none was available on the last day. We also got just one room service visit during our three-day stay, and the floor and bathroom were dirty and didn't look like the pictures. The non-AC rooms are so small that three people can't fit on one bed. Service staff and reception were very rough with us, as if they owned the place. We had a bad experience, and I hope nobody else has to go through this. It's a very bad hotel.

There were lots of cockroaches in the room, and the bathrooms were tiny. The rooms were so dirty, and the walls made me not want to go inside. A very bad experience.

Room service was very poor. They couldn't manage extra bedsheets or bottled drinking water, among other things, but wouldn't negotiate the room rent despite not providing proper service. The staff were careless and rude to us. It was a very bad experience for me and my family.

The washroom was broken, and the AC didn't work properly. Water leaked from the taps all the time and flowed into the room. It's the dirtiest lodge I've ever seen in my life.
