The owner was just as inhuman as the staff. When I called, he said this sort of thing was normal, and told me to move on with my trip or pick a fight in a place I didn’t know, even though I was traveling with my family and child. The staff had no camera covering the roadside spot where they told us to park, then shrugged off any responsibility when we came down in the morning and found our car had been rammed overnight. They said 99% of hotels in Puri park outside and things like this are normal, and that we could do whatever we wanted. We’d booked for October 24-25. The booking platform showed parking available, but on arrival they said there was no parking on the premises and assured us the roadside spot was safe. We parked there reluctantly, trusting them. They also marked us as a no-show on the booking platform so we couldn’t post a review. These people shouldn’t be in hospitality and should be barred from the industry.

We were traveling as a family of three, including a child, and the hotel had assured us parking was available. On arrival, they said there was no parking on the premises and asked us to leave the car on the roadside. We were uneasy but trusted their assurance that it would be safe. In the morning, we found the vehicle had been rammed and completely dented. I had a flight to catch from Bhubaneswar, so I had to leave. The staff and owner were rude to my family and threatened them, saying this was normal in Puri because 99% of hotels don’t have parking. Utterly unprofessional.

We couldn't stay there because, after we booked through booking.com, we were told the rooms had sold out. The place had changed its name to Bollywood 2.0, so it was already a bit hard to find when we arrived. A lot of inconvenience.

Our room and bathroom hadn't been cleaned, and the bedsheets had already been used. The towel was in bad condition, and the staff weren't cooperative. We booked a Deluxe room through Agoda, but when we checked in they gave us a non-AC room and said that was the Deluxe. I canceled the online booking and was still charged the same amount. Parking is on the road. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

We were charged a high price for such a pathetic room and service. The blankets stank, and the cots were shaky and noisy, with powder falling off the wood. The place was very dirty and poorly maintained, with no hot water. They gave us tap water in an unsealed bottle. By default, most hotels in Puri have a 7 am checkout, which is ridiculous.
