I didn't check in at all, and lost all my money. Right after I checked in, there was a spark and short circuit in the room, which was also very dirty and not suitable for a family. They took me to another hotel that was even more pathetic. Never trust AGODA WEBSITE. The rooms shown there look glorious, but the actual conditions are pathetic.

The rooms were dirty and overpriced, and there was no service even after I asked several times. Worst experience ever. Don't come to this hotel.

I booked through booking.com with pay at hotel, but they asked me to pay in advance. I said I couldn't and that they could cancel the booking. They didn't cancel it. Then, after I booked another property, they called again and asked, "how many hotels you book?" It's my choice. Who are they to question me or talk sarcastically to a customer like that?

After I paid 50% because the property kept pestering me, I arrived and they still didn't give me a room. They stopped answering my calls. The room quality was worse too. This is a total scam. I booked through booking.com.

The hotel and its GOROOMGO group are total frauds. The rooms were extremely dirty, with broken doors and beds, and what they gave us was completely different from the rooms shown online. They were much too bad for a family to stay in, so we couldn't remain there. They took an advance by showing good rooms and didn't return it. The group stopped answering my calls, but picked up when I called from a different number.
