The room faced the sea, and the staff were polite and helpful. But we had several problems during our three-night stay. Nobody cleaned the room, the bathroom leaked, and hot water wasn't working in the morning. We had to bathe in cold water at 6 AM before going to the temple. Red ants were also in the room, which needs maintenance. The manager was rude when I had trouble making a UPI payment because of network issues. I'd already paid 50% in advance, but he acted as though I wouldn't pay. Another staff member helped me instead. On checkout day, the manager refused to keep our luggage at reception because we hadn't booked a car for sightseeing through him. We had taken an auto arranged by one of his staff, but he was still rude. The breakfast package didn't work for our plans. Arriving on Bande Bharat meant missing breakfast that day. Temple visits take at least 4-5 hours in the heavy crowds, so we were denied breakfast when we returned. For sightseeing, the auto driver wanted an early start, before breakfast hours of 8:30 AM-10:00 AM. It's far from Swargadwar and the temple. We paid 150 by auto to Swargadwar and 200 to the temple. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Krusti Resort was peaceful, well kept, and a lovely place to unwind. We spent two days there and left with great memories, already wanting to come back. The rooms were comfortable, everything was clean, and the food was good. Manager Piyushji made a real difference with his warm, professional attention and made sure guests felt looked after. Mr. Vishnu Prasadji was also kind and quick to help, always with a smile. The whole staff were polite and ready to assist, and the resort was very well coordinated. We felt like family from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Nothing worked properly. The electronics were faulty, the beach-view windows were filthy and bolted shut, and the shower room felt prehistoric. We got just one towel for the room, and it wasn't changed during our stay, despite our requests being ignored. This place is an under-construction dump run by people who should be managing 300/night Dharamshalas. They lack the manners and skills for a hotel charging 3000 a night while serving 22rs rotis.

They searched through my luggage because a TV remote was missing, even though they found nothing. They didn't seem ashamed of doing that. Anyone staying here should check everything at check-in to avoid this kind of embarrassment later.

We've stayed here twice now, and our trip went well both times. It's a nice place to stay, with good service and cooperative staff. We had no problems and are planning to come back again. Hotel Krusti manager Mr. Piyush is kind and helps with whatever I need.
