The AC didn’t work at all, even though I booked expecting a comfortable stay with full air conditioning. A group was openly smoking weed, which made the place feel unsafe and unpleasant, despite it being advertised as a “family hotel.” When I complained, the owner refused to take responsibility and moved us to another hotel, where we had to pay again. This felt misleading and highly unprofessional, and I don’t think it’s suitable for families. Avoid it. Staying in Dharamshala would be better than this hotel.

The hotel was well maintained, and all the facilities were good. The owner was so caring and kind, and the manager was excellent.

Good vibes and a pleasant atmosphere here, especially for the price. It’s cheaper and one of the best.
