The manager was rude, dishonest, and unprofessional, with no sense of customer service. At night they wouldn't even provide a basic water bottle, and they refused when we asked for an extra bedsheet or pillow. I'd booked an AC room, but the AC didn't work. When I complained, they neither fixed it nor offered a solution. Their arrogant, disrespectful attitude made the whole experience a nightmare. They took our money without providing even minimum facilities. This place feels like a total scam. Avoid it.

The food was severely bad, and even getting water was impossible. The manager and staff made the stay a nightmare with their rude, dismissive behavior. Never come to this hotel.

The aged manager is classless and doesn't know how to run a business or speak to customers. Don't book here. Even if you can't find a room in Puri, get a tent instead of coming to this hotel.

One of the worst hotels in Puri, with terrible staff and management.
