The drivers seemed to be tipped to overcharge people using autos or cabs. At the hotel, room charges were too high, the AC service was terrible, and the staff were rude. We also got no help with cleaning. One of the worst stays I've had in a long time.

Puri Hotel - Kolkata made a really good impression on me. They arrange personal pickups from the railway station and airport, and it's easy to get to nearby attractions and other amenities from the hotel. My stay exceeded what I expected.
