It felt like we’d been cheated. The room was small and dirty, the location remote, and there was no parking or room service. The pictures they uploaded are false and meant to mislead.

After paying in full for my booking at goroomgo hotel, I arrived and was told bluntly that no rooms were available. The staff were rude and unhelpful instead of apologizing. There was no proper communication or customer service, and nobody tried to fix the situation or explain why a confirmed, paid reservation was being denied. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I’d warn others against booking here. The unreliability and rude treatment are major red flags.

Could you please tell me the rate for three days, October 2 to 4, for a non-AC room?
