We had a family room with two queen beds and a balcony, and the view was really good. The rooms, towels, and bedsheets were clean, and the hospitality was much better than we expected. Tapas was especially helpful and professional during our stay. When we needed something at 2 AM, they still came to help.

The food was very expensive and terrible, and the room service was pathetic. Cleanliness wasn't great either, and the washroom taps were in bad shape. On the plus side, the rooms were spacious enough for three or four people, the roof had a great sea view, and there is a lift.

The pool was clean and the food was good. It's a quiet spot away from the crowd, and for the price it wasn't a bad deal. The beach is only a two-minute walk, though the main market and temple area are farther away. Service wasn't great: breakfast took a long time, and our first room smelled bad and was dirty, so we had to ask to change it.

The pool was good, and there was a shared balcony with a sea view as well as a sea view from the terrace. Staff were good too. The rooms were fairly standard, with queen-size beds and seating; the deluxe room's washroom was nice but small. Breakfast was included, but slow and had only a few options.

The staff weren't very responsive or helpful, and the room wasn't clean enough to meet basic hygiene standards. I left disappointed. Management needs to pay more attention to cleanliness and service, and I hope they improve those things for future guests.
