Hotel Puri Beach Resort Pvt Ltd

The staff have no manners. They told us to book another room even for a single child, and when we questioned them about a service issue, they said, “Do whatever you like.” There are lots of hotels along the beach in Puri, so I'd suggest staying somewhere else if you want a peaceful visit.

The location is good, but don't stay here. The rooms are in a terrible state. The washrooms only let you choose hot or cold water, with no mixer, which could cause a serious burn.

Google needs a zero-star option. This hotel's website and booking process seem like a complete scam. They took money by online transfer using what I believe were fraudulent QR codes, then refused to confirm the booking and threatened to make us pay twice. They also refused to cancel the booking or refund the money unless we paid double. I doubt whether these are cyber fraudsters operating under the cover of this hotel property. Don't trust the hotel pictures. We lost a lot of money trying to book through their website. The site is fake and should be taken down from Google.

The location is good, but there are problems. I was given room D-7, which was very bad. Its bathroom wasn't clean, although I saw some other rooms that were neat and clean and in much better condition. The worst part of the resort was housekeeping. They came into the room in dirty sandals and made it dirty, and they didn't know how to make the bed or clean the window. The service was horrible. I'm writing this so the owner will know.
