The area isn’t great, but the rooms are spacious and private, and the staff are humble. Service was really poor, and very slow, perhaps because they’re new to the business. The TV had no working channels. There was no ashtray or dustbin, though they brought them when we asked. No flooding facility.
No power backup, no proper water supply, and the cable connection wasn’t working properly. The place was very unclean, like a flat still under construction. A terrible experience. It deserves zero stars.
The rooms are very nice, and the service is good. It’s a place to enjoy during a stay near 'Holy Pond Narendra'.
We visited with friends in December 2017. It wasn’t the best, but it was okay. There was car parking, the area near the temple was free from traffic, and a service boy was available. We could also order food from outside. I’d rate it 4/5.
I booked for my family and a friend’s family, 56 people in all. They promised us rooms at this hotel and took an advance payment online, and I have the receipt. But when we arrived with our families, they couldn’t provide the rooms and booked us into another, cheaper hotel with fewer rooms. We all suffered a lot because of that fake hotel representative. This is a totally fake hotel.
