NIRMAN beach homestay

Mr. Manoranjan was very helpful and responsive whenever I needed him, and I appreciated that. The location is also excellent, close to the sea beach for walks and the view. Parking was a little difficult, but I managed to find a suitable spot for my car. The room cleanliness was disappointing, though. I found hairs on the bed and spotted a cockroach, which was uncomfortable and unexpected. The homestay needs to improve its cleaning. The location and hospitality were good, but better room cleanliness would make for a better stay.

The host's kindness is what I'll remember most. I left my new sunglasses behind when I was in a hurry, then called after realizing it. She understood, checked the place herself, found them, and sent them to me by courier. I was so grateful for her honesty and generosity. That kind of care is rare. The homestay itself was cozy and comfortable, with two nice rooms, a small kitchen, and a balcony where we could enjoy the breeze. It was peaceful and not too far from the beaches. It felt more like home than a hotel, and I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Puri.

We had a great time in Puri and would gladly recommend this place to families and friends. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the property is 300m from the temple, with beaches very nearby. Mr. Satya, the humble owner, helped us with the Temple visit and taxi services. Mr. Ranjan's taxi was very affordable, and its package let us visit every spot near Puri. Our driver, Mr.Das, was kind and made the journey enjoyable. We chose the place after the owner sent a video of a different room. We liked that one because we have a kid and wanted an attached kitchen so we could cook for him. After paying an advance and arriving, we were given a completely different room. It was very cramped, suffocating, and had no ventilation. The owner refused to change it, saying it was the last room. The next morning the geyser wasn't working. We waited almost 1.5 hrs, but in the chilly weather we eventually had to bathe with cold water. There's no parking space, and the location is terrible. My experience was horrible, and I wouldn't recommend or book this homestay again.
