Our stay was really painful. They don't provide basic things like pillows or clean bed sheets, and there's no power backup. Think twice before booking this very third class hotel in puri.

The room was in terrible shape, even though we'd booked an AC room. There was sand everywhere, and they hadn't cleaned up after the previous customer had left. I've never seen such a poor hotel. Even at a five-star hotel, if you lose your key by chance, they give you another one. Here, they asked for 500 rs.

It was a complete nightmare for me. They charged us twice, never stick to OYO's timings, and can't be trusted to keep their word. The worst hotel I've ever seen.

Lovely, clean place, and it's close to the seashore. Wow, amazing.
