I booked a non-AC room online through the Flipkart app and arrived recently, on 20 dec 25. The room they first gave me was very dirty, and so was the bathroom. When I asked for another room, they refused, saying nothing else was available at that price. I paid extra an hour later, and then they changed rooms. The hotel was filthy overall, and the staff were irresponsible.

The road access is poor, and only one car can fit along that road. The building looks about 20 years old, has patchy walls, and no lift. Inside, the rooms are stinky and pathetic, while the price is far too high. Staff were irresponsible, too. It was a disgusting experience, and I've never felt this cheated in my life 😭

The rooms smell bad and the beds are really uncomfortable. You can't see the beach from here, so don't book it if you want a beach view. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to families. The rooms are no good, and it's the worst hotel.

The best part is the location. Neeladri beach is an easy walk away, and there are little shops and restaurants nearby. Rickshaws come by often to take you to other parts of the city. The rooms were just passable for what we paid, but the service was pathetic. We waited half an hour to check in because staff only started cleaning the rooms after we arrived. There were no towels, soap, or drinking water in the room. At checkout, the washrooms had no water for almost two hours.
