Sai Sea Palace by Goroomgo

The veranda smelled bad and was covered with waste. In our room, the fan and bathroom lock didn't work, the floor was covered in water, and the walls were damp. There were bed bugs in the bed, biting us all night. The manager was very rude and didn't know how to speak to guests. They charged us for five days in advance, then gave us this level of service. I've attached photos, so please look before booking.

We ended up changing rooms that same day. The first one was filthy, with a sticky floor and an unclean toilet that made me feel sick. We also found hair in our food twice, even after asking them to replace it. The worst experience ever.

At night, they gave us neither the extra bed nor the pillows they'd agreed to provide, then blamed us for it. We'd told them there would be four of us. Very unprofessional.

We checked in on 23 November 2024 for a stay booked through the 26th, but left the next morning because the room was in such poor shape and the service was awful. It wasn't clean, the washroom was very dirty, and the water supply was inadequate. The worst hotel. Don't stay here.
