We spent two days here and enjoyed our vacation. It's a very good hotel near Niladri beach, and the service was good. Best wishes to everyone there.

After just one night, I came away with a horrible impression. The floor was very dirty, the walls and mirror were damaged, and the small bed had an old, damaged pillow. The AC and room phone didn't work, and the main door lock was broken. Water came through a pipe instead of the tap, and the lift was very slow. I can't tell whether I was unlucky or whether all the rooms are really like this, but I wouldn't recommend staying here.

There was no breakfast or complimentary bed tea, even though the room cost Rs 2200 per day. In both rooms, the DTH had no recharge for all three days. Staff were very slow: if we ordered tea or water, there was no response for half an hour, and we had to remind them at the counter. The fan in room 208 needs checking. At night, the generator failed during a power cut, leaving us without power for half an hour in the summer. The water ran out while I was bathing, and the tank was still empty after 24 hours, despite claims of fast service. I won't return or recommend it.

Service could be more efficient, since it was a bit slow at times, but that didn't take much away from our stay. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the location made nearby attractions and the beach easy to reach. With some small improvements to service, this could be an even better option.
