The room smelled as if it hadn't been cleaned for a month, and cleanliness was dreadful. They gave us one old bottle filled with tap water, with no drinking water provided. The TV and AC remotes didn't work, and staff didn't bother when we asked. The people at reception were very rude, and there's no parking, so you have to leave your vehicle outside. They told us a lot of lies. Don't waste your money here.

We were three friends traveling together and felt uncomfortable and unsafe on the ground floor. Three men were sitting outside our room without proper clothes. Inside, the mattress was so hard that sleeping was difficult, and the mirror was poor quality. The receptionist wasn't welcoming, and room service was bad. We asked for a blanket two or three times, but never got one, and there wasn't even a water bottle in the room. The hotel needs to improve its hospitality, basic facilities, and guest safety. I hope management takes this seriously.

They insisted we check out at exactly 8 o'clock. We asked for just 15 minutes to get ready, but they refused and argued with us. The rooms smelled bad, so we had to use room freshener the whole time, and the AC kept running at one constant temperature. The doormats were so unpleasant we didn't want to step on them. We didn't try the food, so I can't comment on it, but the restaurant smelled bad and felt suffocating, and we couldn't eat there.

The hotel's about 100 meters from the beach, which is a good location. The bathroom wasn't clean, though, and they refused to give us an extra towel. One receptionist was very arrogant and wouldn't keep our luggage after we checked out.
