We booked 8 rooms with a package covering lunch, dinner, and breakfast. The arrangements were manageable overall, but several things were concerning. At our night cocktail party, we brought our own liquor and noticed some waiters secretly drinking it without permission. Their behavior was inappropriate and rude, especially at night, possibly because they’d been drinking from our stock. It was completely unprofessional. The buffet dinner was average. We also ordered an extra mutton dish from the à la carte menu, and it was extremely poor quality, seeming stale, possibly 4-5 days old. The washroom was poorly maintained, with a broken jet spray. Breakfast choices were limited to puri sabzi, upma, eggs, bread, and tea, with no variety and not even basic sambar with the upma. Another very disturbing issue was the wild animals kept at the property, including a 12-singha (barasingha) deer. Guidelines say such animals shouldn’t be disturbed or touched. But when it came out, people gathered around, touched it, and took selfies, clearly distressing it. That was extremely irresponsible and disgusting from management. The experience was disappointing because of the poor service and lack of professionalism. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves things.

We were welcomed warmly as soon as we arrived, with excellent service throughout our memorable stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well kept, and offered a lovely mix of comfort and luxury. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

The staff were cooperative, but the stay overall wasn’t satisfactory. Our pool villa wasn’t properly maintained, and water kept running out in the bathrooms about every half-hour, so we had to call for more each time. The power went out 3-4 times and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. The villa was too far from the restaurant. We’d also booked a Banjara Tent, which was in very poor condition and smelled.

There were bed bugs in the room, and I couldn't sleep all night. Since it was already midnight, I couldn't move somewhere else, so I'm posting this to warn anyone considering a stay. The rooms are badly maintained, there's no room or food service, and the place felt dirty and unprofessional. Honestly, you'd be better off in a jungle than paying to stay here. It doesn't deserve even one star, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The food was poor value for money. We did eventually get a good private pool cottage, but only after they first gave us a pool that hadn't been cleaned and we lost two hours waiting for a replacement. The private pool rooms themselves were awesome.
