Hotel Parichaya

If you want to stay near Golden Beach, this is a good option. It's budget friendly, and food is available as well.

The room felt very cramped. We paid 2500 for a room with two double beds for four people and checked in at 8:30 PM. The TV and Wi-Fi weren't working, and there were no towels when we arrived. I asked about towels in the morning, but they gave us only two for all four of us and said that's their policy. Towels and working basics are things a hotel room should have. It was a very disappointing stay.

The hotel is close to Puri's Golden Beach, and the staff were cooperative and behaved well. The young manager was especially nice and helped me a lot. I stayed on the first floor in a four-bed deluxe room for three nights, from April 26 to 28, 2025. I've just returned from Puri.

In my recent experience, Parichay Hotel was only average for what it charged. I've seen roadside hotels with a sea view charging less. Hotels in Puri seem to want money from outsiders by any means. With this 12-hour checkout rule, they charged the full amount for the evening of arrival and the afternoon of departure too. The government should take action against these hotels.
