OYO 3676 Hotel Sai Sandpiper

Really useless, third-class experience. The room in the booking photo showed something else, and when we arrived, we got a useless room. They said payment would be made at the hotel when booking, but after the booking was made, the staff demanded an advance and said it would only be ours once we'd paid. I complained to Booking.com customer care. They disconnected the call after hearing me, and then nobody answered when I called back.

We spent four nights and five days there, and every day there was repair work. They made us move to another room because ours needed too many repairs. The geyser in the bathroom was always on, and we didn't know when it might explode. There was no Wi-Fi, and the drinking water wasn't clean, with algae in the RO. The charges and timing rules were the only things they handled well. They charged 400 extra for checking in 1 hour 40 minutes early, while 24 hours cost 1,100. They wouldn't extend checkout past 8 a.m.; staying another hour would cost 1,000. Our train was at 3 p.m., so we asked to keep the room until 10 a.m. and sleep a bit longer. At 7 a.m. they knocked and told us to leave by 8 or pay the extra 1,000. Just checked out. The service is really bad. Please see the attached video.

Think three times before booking. The rooms and exterior don't look like the pictures on Google and other websites. The rooms were dirty, with cobwebs and spiders everywhere, and there was no proper sanitation. The restroom also had cobwebs. The geyser didn't work properly, so we had to call staff every time we used it, and there was no intercom. The food was very bad, especially the rice, which was cooked with insects. The staff wouldn't accept their mistake. Room service was very poor and slow.

For the same price, there are plenty of other options, so try to avoid this place. The room quality was poor, with damp walls, a faulty AC, a dirty washroom and dirty bedrolls. The rooms aren't even worth 1K, really. The service and staff behaviour weren't good either.
