The bathroom was awful, the internet was very poor, and the cleaning service and staff behaviour were bad. It was a waste of money and time. We even bought new bed sheets ourselves after they failed to change them regularly. We checked in on 23/12/2025 and checked out on 27/12/2025, and when we raised the sheet issue, staff said they couldn't change them. We were there with family and only came back at night to sleep. The most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. They showed us a luxurious room, but didn't have any good rooms. If you open a window, there's drugs or lots of disgusting things on one side, and a wall on the other. It's a third-class hotel in the reanuka lane puri. The location is very bad, and it's best for drinking alcohol. Don't come here.

There was no lift, the rooms were tiny, and although we paid 2800 for one room for four people, there wasn't space for extra bedding. The towels were dirty, the bathroom was full of cockroaches, and the Allout bottle had some yellow liquid refilled in it. A few of the servants were humble, though. The owner was rude and told us to check in without even seeing the room. He said we wouldn't be allowed in once we saw it and wouldn't get our advance back. Thinking we wouldn't understand their language, Owner- biswal told the other person at reception not to return our money, saying we'd have to stay there anyway because peak season meant we wouldn't find another option.

The hotel staff were very rude and spoke badly to us. After 10 PM, they wouldn't let anyone go outside, and if someone did leave, they wouldn't let them back in. They also picked arguments at night.

There are three Swastik hotel buildings. Drinking water comes in a 5-liter drum. Before heading out, you have to leave the drum on the ground floor, then pick it up again when you return.
