Swosti Premium Beach Resorts Puri

We had a comfortable, enjoyable visit to Puri, thanks to the care and warm hospitality from Mr. Shashi Sekhar Swain and the whole Swosti team. Their professionalism made the stay memorable. Beach Hut by Swosti deserves a special mention for the food. Every meal was fresh, exceptionally tasty and beautifully prepared. The quality and overall dining experience were top-notch. Thank you again, and I hope to visit again soon. 🙏😊

Arun, the lifeguard, deserves a special mention. He was extremely helpful and courteous, personally came with us to the beach, and made it a safe and enjoyable experience. The food was good too. We stayed here last year and got excellent service, so this visit to Swosti Premium, Puri was especially disappointing. We paid around ₹30,000 per night for two rooms, but service fell far short. A ₹500 tea order took over 40 minutes and several reminders. One cup was never served before checkout, though it was billed. We also waited around 30-40 minutes at the gym after being told someone would help, but nobody came. Floors across the property were often wet and made the experience uncomfortable. The service standards need significant improvement to match a star hotel. Since an item was charged but never served, and given the overall service, I'd appreciate clarification about whether a refund or bill adjustment should be made.

The view from the 11th floor was so soothing. We were really taken by the staff's humble, simple manner, the food, the ambience and everything else about this beautiful property with endless amenities. I visited with my family and felt it was luxury at its best. We ordered milk and khichdi for our son, and they didn't charge us. That gesture really won our hearts. I really liked the quiet location, the ambience, the staff and pretty much everything else. The view from the 8th floor was relaxing, and the food was good. Staff were pleasant and soft-spoken. The room smell was a bit disappointing, though the staff later used room spray to tone it down. I also noticed there was no bathtub in the washroom. The AC took a while to cool the room, possibly because it was hot outside.
