The way staff treated drivers was rude and disrespectful, which I found unacceptable. Hospitality and basic courtesy should extend to everyone on the property, not only paying guests. There also wasn't a designated resting space or room for drivers. The parking area was fully exposed, with no shed or covered space to protect drivers and vehicles from heat, rain, or cold. For a large, well-developed resort, those basic arrangements should be in place. Hospitality also means showing empathy and treating people with dignity. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and improves both the facilities and staff conduct.

Miss Ritika Singh and Miss Nitika Singh made us feel at ease and valued throughout our stay. They were courteous, knew their stuff, and were always ready to help. Transport arrangements, questions, and other requests were all handled promptly and with a smile. Their calm, friendly manner made a real difference.

The atmosphere at Krishna Resorts, Pushkar was peaceful and pleasant, and I had a great stay. My room was comfortable, the food was very good, and the property was clean and well cared for. Service was outstanding. I'd highly recommend it to anyone coming to Pushkar.

The front desk team deserves a special thanks for being so supportive throughout my stay. Everyone was polite and professional, and they made the experience feel smooth and welcoming. I had a wonderful time at krishna resort.

We spent two nights here, and the service was awful. When my room locked with the key inside, my 10-month-old and his nanny were left sitting in the lobby for nearly half an hour. Staff kept saying someone else would come to help open the room. It felt completely unprofessional. Room service also took at least 20-25 minutes for a bathing towel or a bottle of water, even after several calls. One night we called repeatedly for water, and they mistakenly delivered it to another room, so we never got any. There's no accommodation for drivers either. Food was average, and the breakfast spread had very few choices. I don't recommend this place at all.
