The team made my stay really comfortable. Shahid from the Front Office personally walked me to my room at check-in, arranged a quick cleaning, and helped with a few other requests. Sujata and Sunaina were also consistently helpful. Thanks to everyone for the warm hospitality. I’d gladly come back.

Shahid at reception and Rubel Mondal from housekeeping were so polite and ready to help whenever needed. Their support really added to my stay at TreeHouse Neptune. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the service was excellent. I’d happily recommend a visit.

We came back here today, 45 years after our honeymoon, and it was lovely to see how much the property has grown. Back then it was very small, with a wooden staircase. The staff are still welcoming and warm. Priya greeted us with a big smile and offered us complimentary tea. It brought back heartfelt memories of our journey.

Panaji is easy to explore from this hotel. Nearby attractions and the cruise point are within walking distance. The rooms were clean and kept in good shape, and breakfast was included and tasted good. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a slight smell in the toilet that management should address. Parking is the main drawback. You have to use paid roadside parking. Be careful with claims from attendants that one ticket covers parking anywhere in Panaji all day. That may not be true, and other parking areas might not accept the receipt, so check before you leave.
