I had a great time at my best friend's reception, especially enjoying the food and the bonfire 🔥. The staff were helpful and ready whenever we needed them, and our rooms were neat and clean. It's also close to the station and main city.

The air-conditioned restaurant felt suffocating when I went to Aquatic Palace, Kalyani for dinner with my family. We were in the non-smoking section, but people were smoking openly inside. I started having trouble breathing and asked the manager to do something. He didn't respond and was quite rude. A reputable restaurant should keep the environment healthy and comfortable for everyone. The lack of control over smoking and that attitude from management are unacceptable.

The food is delicious, and the staff are helpful. My stay has been good, but the power cuts are a real problem. Electricity can go out for as long as an hour and twenty minutes. They need to sort that out, since staying here without AC isn't workable.

We're regular customers, but this visit was awkward because the sound in the restaurant was so loud that it spoiled the atmosphere. That kind of noise doesn't suit the place. I hope they deal with it soon.

I spent a whole month here and was delighted with my stay. The dinners were a particular highlight, always tasty, varied, and well prepared. The place has a cozy feel and is thoughtfully set up for comfort. Everyone on staff was welcoming, kind, attentive, and ready to help. I'd love to come back.
