My family had a terrible stay, and I’d avoid this place if possible. The rooms were extremely shabby, with peeling plaster and no ventilation. Bathrooms were dirty, towels soiled, and there was no hot water in the rooms. The staff were unruly. We were given just one bottle of water for the whole family for the day, then charged for a second. The photos bore no resemblance to what greeted us at the hotel. I will never recommend this dingy place.

I appreciated how considerate the staff were during my stay. Since it was my anniversary, they helped make the trip feel even more special and treated me warmly.

Awful stay. The bathroom was dirty and nobody cleaned it even after I asked. The room was basic and had no windows. They charged double the rates, yet the service was still poor. Wouldn’t recommend.

The pool area has amazing views, and it’s cleaned daily or when you request it. Rooms are cozy and clean, with huge glass walls. The property is well placed for the market, sightseeing, cafes, and restaurants, and it isn’t expensive. One snag is the hotel restaurant, which only operates when there are enough guests. Small portions for one or two people may not be available. When we asked for a meal, they apologized that the restaurant couldn’t provide it, then personally fetched what we wanted from nearby restaurants. It’s a great place overall.

The rooms were clean and the staff were superb, but the food wasn’t good and parking could be better. Apart from the food, it was a good experience.
