Palette - Golden Heritance

A nice entry, reception, ambience, and good parking made a good first impression. It’s a new property with spacious rooms, and both the staff and manager were helpful and cooperative. The child-friendly area was appreciated. The washroom even had a wiper, something I’ve never seen in a hotel before, and I hope the owner keeps providing it. The kitchen was still being developed, so buffet items took a little time and the selection was limited, though the food was nice. The à la carte dinner tasted good too.

The breakfast was the main thing that could have been better. We had the same spread on both mornings, poha, upma, paratha, sandwiches, and cut fruit. The food was fine, but a little rotation would help. Room service could use some improvement too. Our room was roomy and comfortable for two, and the bathroom was decent. The property was clean and well kept, and there’s a pool, though we didn’t get to use it. Golden Heritance Hotel is about 1.5 km from Pushkar Lake and the main temples, which worked well for our two-night visit. We got a good rate through MakeMyTrip, cheaper than booking with the hotel directly, and they upgraded one room to a higher category because we had three people in it. Good value, and I’d recommend it for a comfortable stay in Pushkar.

The staff were kind and really helpful, and the service was great. We had a lovely stay here. I’d recommend it to people I know.

Everything else worked well, and the staff were pleasant. The hotel was clean, with good service, and the tourist spots are about a 10-15 minute walk away. My one deduction is for the food prices. Curry or vegetables was reasonably priced, but the other items felt much too expensive.
