My worst hotel experience. I booked through Oyo and paid well in advance, but when we arrived they refused to let us check in and falsely said the booking had been cancelled. We lost two hours before learning the owner had some issues. A lot of time wasted and false information. They also take your original ID proof during your stay, which is illegal. No service, rude behavior. Don’t fall into the trap.
