The toilets were very unhygienic, and we had no water or electricity. The whole property had a negative vibe. I’d booked for one day, but was charged for two even though we left that same day because of those problems and didn’t stay. The staff also bullied us and wouldn’t let my friends and me leave. Worst stay I’ve had.

We had a terrible experience. The room was unhygienic, the staff were rude, and the service was poor, with problems with both electricity and water. Even though we weren’t staying in the room, the staff and owner asked us for money and scammed us.

The pool was filthy and still hadn’t been cleaned after I asked several times. Service was extremely slow, and they seemed not to have chefs or enough staff. The food was the worst I’ve ever eaten. Worst hotel of my life.

They turned me away at check-in without giving a valid reason. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I was very disappointed with the service and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I’m happy we picked this hotel. It has a bit of a fairytale look and was fairly clean. The receptionist was kind and very helpful, so service gets 11/10 from me. Laundry and the swimming pool were nice extras. I wasn’t much of a fan of the coffee, but the food was delicious, and I felt comfortable during my stay.
