A really shabby hotel. The rooms were awful and dirty, with a damp smell coming from the walls and linen. The bathroom was extremely dirty and stained all over, and the tap was broken. Don’t stay here. There are plenty of other options in Pushkar.

Royal Rawat Palace is in Pushkar, about 1.5 km from Pushkar Lake and 1 km from Brahma Temple. There’s an on-site restaurant, free WiFi throughout, and free private parking. The property has a terrace and spa centre. Rooms are air conditioned and come with a flat-screen TV. Some have a seating area, and some look out over the mountain or garden. Bathrobes and free toiletries are provided. The property also has a 24-hour front desk, a cash machine, and a hairdresser. You can hire a bike or car there, and horse riding is popular in the area.

The location is a big plus, and the rooms were clean. There weren’t many staff or many facilities, though. Maybe that was because it was a weekday.

The owner was very nice, the staff were good, and my room was really clean. The location was nice too, and the food was very tasty. A very good experience all around.
