We stayed one night on 31st Dec 2024, and the rent was very reasonable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had balconies and good-sized windows. Fresh sheets and pillow covers, no stains on the bed. We brought our own blankets to Parthi, so we didn't use theirs. Slept well, and the pillow was comfortable too. The bathroom was a bit small but very clean, with a geyser providing hot water around the clock. There's a lift, and a restaurant downstairs. It's about a 300-metre walk to the Gopuram gate. By car, the ashram is two minutes away, or around a 7-8 minute walk. Booking was easy over the phone for a 3-bed AC room, but when we arrived they'd given it to someone who had come an hour earlier, with some excuse. To be certain, it would be best to pay a deposit online. Luckily, two 2-bed rooms were free, and since the weather was cool we didn't need AC. The owner apologized for the mix-up. Mr. Radhakirshna and Mr Shiva were courteous and professional, and offered 24-hour check-in and checkout, which is useful. Small cars can park in front or at the side, where they have three spaces. For a larger car, they ask you to park a couple of blocks away. We left our car on the street for a few hours overnight, then drove into the ashram during the day. I'd stay again. With the reasonable rent and clean rooms and bathroom, this will be one of my go-to places.

Puttaparthy is a religious place, so you shouldn't expect a luxury hotel. With that in mind, this is a very good place to stay. It's a couple of hundred metres from Sai Baba's Asharam, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The welcome was good and it was good value for money. It was generally a good stay, and I didn't have any trouble with anyone there. Cleanliness could be a bit better, though. Most rooms seemed to be occupied by nearby working men, so women might not feel comfortable going outside.
